Minelab Manticore Metal Detector

Manticore metal detector equipped with a waterproof 11" coil for operation in harsh weather conditions and underwater with submersion up to 5 meters. The Multi-IQ+ technology used in the detector ensures high accuracy of object identification and detection.

The device can operate in 10 modes: All-Terrain (5), Beach (4), Goldfield (1). In addition, the Manticore model features the ability to program individual user profiles. Multi-IQ+ technology provides support for multiple frequencies simultaneously, which translates into maximum detection sensitivity regardless of object type and size, and minimizes interference from the ground. The 2D ID Map system enables high accuracy localization and identification of objects. With a 5-degree depth indicator, the user is able to quickly determine the location of a find.

Five frequencies make it easy to match the detector to the object, depth and terrain being sought. The lower frequencies are designed for finding larger, deeper objects, such as militaria or large silver coins. High frequencies will work well for objects of smaller size or lower conductivity such as bronze objects, gold nuggets or jewelry. The Pinpoint function allows topinpoint the exact location of a find.

The color LCD display and buttons feature backlighting for easy reading and operation in limited light conditions. An integrated LED flashlight with 3 light modes facilitates searching after dark. The detector is powered by a built-in Li-Ion battery providing up to 10 hours of operation. The battery is charged using the included cable set. The battery charging time is about 7 hours.

The IP68 waterproofrating ensures that the detector is submersible for up to 5 meters. The length-adjustable rod is made of lightweight and durable carbon fiber. The detector can be folded, limiting its length to 63 cm. A built-in speaker provides sound signaling. The Wireless Audio module allows quick and easy connection of the included ML105 wireless headphones set . In addition, the Manticore model is equipped with vibration signaling located in the handle.

Note:

Minelab detectors with accessories are not intended for use while charging. Do not use the detector for underwater searching while it is charging or while it is connected to a power bank.
