The Plate Carrier tactical vest is constructed from robust 500D Cordura and is fitted with front and rear panels for ESAPI (USA) compliant ballistic inserts. It accommodates Medium (31.8 x 24.1 cm), Large (33.7 x 26 cm), and Extra Large (35.5 x 28 cm) size plates. The internal elastic and straps enable adjustment to accommodate the specific size of these plates.
At the chest level on the front, a velcro panel is included for attaching patches or emblems, with MOLLE system mounts precisely laser-cut. PALS straps on both the back and the cummerbund offer the flexibility to arrange pouches and loaders according to the user's preferences.
The front panel is also equipped with an administrative section secured by a waterproof YKK Aqua-Guard zipper. This model incorporates a specialized front panel crafted with Laser Cut technology, fully compatible with MOLLE systems, allowing for equipment attachment and complete user personalization. The panel is permanently fixed in place.
Internally, the chest and back areas are designed with mesh spacing and comfort pads, ensuring high comfort and effective ventilation.
Heavy-duty quick-release mechanisms with a 2M ROC Buckle are situated in the cummerbund, enabling rapid unfastening in mere seconds.
On the upper back, velcro panels feature an escape grip, facilitating easy transportation of the vest.
