Leather upper, overmolded sole
The raised upper made of durable nubuck provides additional support for the ankle joint, protecting against injuries. Additional protection for the toes and heel is guaranteed by the reinforcement in the form of an overmolded part of the sole. The high-sewn-in tongue effectively prevents water and dirt from entering the inside. The front part of the shoe, made from one piece of material, ensures a better fit and high wearing comfort.
Waterproof GORE-TEX membrane
The GORE-TEX waterproof membrane ensures ample ventilation and protects against wind, offering comfort in various weather conditions. It also preserves thermal comfort during extended wear.

Stability on difficult terrain is guaranteed by the non-slip Vibram Rene Trac sole, equipped with a high-grip tread. The shoes also feature a midsole made of shock-absorbing DynaPU material and a three-dimensional Lowa Monowrap stiffening frame. Gore-Tex is a thin membrane made of polytetrafluoroethylene (ePTFE), which features a microporous structure. Its structure makes it highly water- and wind-resistant, as well as breathable. The membrane's pores are 700 times larger than a molecule of water vapor, which allows it to efficiently wick moisture to the outside. Monowrap is a three-dimensional shoe sole construction technology developed by Lowa. The combination of an injection-molded polyurethane rubber frame along with an outsole and cushioning foam provides better stability and protection for the foot. DynaPU is a type of lightweight polyurethane foam used in the construction of the midsole.
