The belt is made of very high-quality materials, it's easy to adjust and attach additional pouches. According to the information on the carabiner, the load capacity is up to 12 kN, although I doubt that the Velcro would actually withstand that much.

The belt is solid, as is the buckle, and it has a wide adjustment range. The MOLLE works great for attaching additional equipment. The inner belt fits well and is long enough, so most people will be able to adjust it easily. Both belts are stiff but don’t restrict movement. I recommend it.
