I can't deny that they are well made, but in my opinion, these are not typical wrist and ankle weights. I have a fairly petite build, so I was hoping that despite the size of the weights, I would be able to put them on so that they'd stay securely in place where intended. Ultimately, I use them as additional weight during abdominal muscle exercises.
