Fantastic jacket concept that covers the cold seasons - and thanks to the reversible function, it doesn’t just sit in the closet like most other things during snowy weather, but can also be used in cold weather without snow. Very compact, can be transported easily thanks to the pack sack. Only disadvantages: The outer fabric is quite thin, it could be more robust. Also, the cut is rather baggy - not particularly stylish but functional and actually helpful for camouflage.
A lightweight reversible jacket with a hood that provides high thermal comfort on cold days. The outer layer is made of durable, quick-drying WindPack nylon, which has been additionally coated with waterproofing. The interior is filled with Climashield Apex synthetic insulation with a grammage of 67 g/m2, which provides adequate warmth even when the fabric is wet and offers an excellent weight-to-warmth ratio.
The jacket fastens with a one-way YKK zipper with a chin guard. Elastic trims at the bottom of the jacket, at the cuffs, and on the edge of the hood effectively protect against wind penetration. The hood is equipped with a drawstring with a stopper and a soft visor. Inserts made of elastic and breathable VersaStretch material have been added under the arms to allow for adequate ventilation.
The Wolfhound Hoodie has two side pockets, a chest pocket, and three inside pockets. All pockets are fastened with YKK zippers. The reversible design allows you to adapt your look to your surroundings or the season. A Velcro panel is sewn onto the shoulder, allowing you to attach any patch or emblem.
The jacket is easily compressible. It can be packed into a small cover. It is suitable for both longer trips and everyday use.

Camouflage Desert Night Camo
Desert Night Camo (DNC) is a specialized camouflage pattern developed by the US Army in the 1980s for night operations in desert areas. Designed to be layered over other uniforms, it was mainly used during Operation Desert Storm in the Persian Gulf. The pattern consists of a grid-like arrangement of dark green squares and crosses on an olive-green background. Its main purpose was to disrupt early generations of enemy night vision devices. While it proved moderately effective in practice at suppressing images in night vision devices, it was an innovative approach to night camouflage.
Camouflage US Desert (3 Color Desert)
US Desert, also known as 3 Color Desert, is a desert camouflage pattern developed as a successor to 6 Color Desert Pattern. It was created in 1990 and officially introduced in 1992 for operations in the Middle East. The pattern is based on three colors: beige, pale green, and brown, which allowed for a simplification of the micro-pattern and a reduction in contrast compared to its predecessor. This color scheme proved to be more effective in arid, sandy environments, while also better at dealing with the problem of fabric overheating. This camouflage was widely used by the US armed forces, including during the Desert Storm operation, as well as in Iraq and Afghanistan.

The jacket is lightweight, yet it keeps you warm very well—even at -12 degrees it worked great. Thanks to the drawstrings at the hood and waist, cold air doesn't get in and warmth is better retained. The jacket is very comfortable—it doesn't restrict freedom of movement, yet it doesn't look too bulky or puffy. Additionally, the double pencott camouflage looks excellent. I definitely recommend it.
-
This is already my second jacket of this model, this time I chose the reversible version, which now hangs next to my older, one-sided one. I highly recommend it.
-
I bought it on sale – I like its reversibility, perfect for winter, and it's great in autumn too. In my opinion, the jacket is really lightweight, compresses well, and is comfortable to use. I recommend it, but it's best to buy it on promotion :D

The Helikon jacket is a very versatile choice – it works both as an insulating layer and for additional warmth. The VersaStretch panel under the arms and the adjustable hood with a visor add to the comfort. Additionally, the jacket can be easily folded and carried thanks to its compression feature.
-
Helikon, as usual, nothing majorly surprising. The jacket could be a bit wider at the waist – there might be an issue with fastening it if someone wears equipment on their belt. The solution with double-sided printing is a GREAT idea and it would be nice to see more such models, e.g. for summer/fall and summer/winter seasons. Generally, the Wolfhound is a lightweight jacket mainly for autumn. In winter, it's suitable for intense physical activity or as an extra, warmer layer.

This is already the second jacket of this type in my wardrobe, although in a different camouflage. I find it perfect for the city. When I bought the first one, I was a bit worried that the material seemed too thin, but it turned out to be completely unnecessary – it was worn in winter and shows absolutely no signs of wear.

A friend who is very satisfied with this jacket recommended it to me, and I can fully confirm his opinion. It is exceptionally light and easy to pack. The insulation is designed so that with moderate activity you don’t get too hot.
-
This is another Wolfhound jacket in my collection, it’s perfect, and its insulation works in all conditions. The color was the deciding factor, although it's a pity that so few products are available in the Snowdrift version.
-
The jacket is insulated and very lightweight. A big plus is the ability to wear it on both sides. It protects against the wind and works perfectly – the soldier it was bought for even wears it in winter when the frost is not too harsh.
-
Great jacket, very comfortable for trips because it takes up little space. During a long winter walk, the temperature was perfect—not too cold, not too hot.
