Temperatures and usage conditions
The Svalbard sleeping bag's operational temperatures are defined in line with the EN 13537 standard:
- T-comfort: 8°C – the minimum temperature at which a woman can sleep comfortably throughout the night,
- T-limit: 4°C – the lowest temperature at which a man can sleep without experiencing discomfort,
- T-extreme: -9°C – the critical survival temperature. Not advised for routine use.
10D Rip-Stop nylon with Water Repellent coating
The exterior and interior are crafted from lightweight 10D Rip-Stop nylon, featuring a hydrophobic WR coating (Water Repellent). This impregnation reduces moisture uptake, while the Rip-Stop construction resists abrasion and prevents further tearing. Inside, there is a small pocket for essentials and loops for attaching an insulating liner.
Goose down filling, H-chamber construction
Thermal insulation and airflow are guaranteed by Polish goose down in a 93+/7 ratio. With 900 cuin fill power, it offers excellent compressibility, enabling the bag to be packed efficiently. H-shaped baffles prevent the down from shifting. The footbox equipped with a drawcord houses an extra insulating layer for enhanced warmth around the feet.
Right-side zipper, Anti-Bite system
Outfitted with a two-way zipper on the right side, the model can be completely opened from the top, making entry and exit swift and easy. The fluorescent puller allows for zipper operation in low-light conditions. The built-in Anti-Bite system ensures the fabric won't snag in the zipper. An internal thermal baffle adds an extra layer of protection.
Integrated hood with DUO drawcord
The 3D hood enhances thermal efficiency by enveloping the head and minimizing heat loss. Its design offers added protection against wind and moisture. The Duo drawcord, an integration of elastic and strap, enables intuitive adjustments—elastic around the neck allows for quick hand movement, while the rear strap releases certain areas, which is advantageous at night.

Convenient to transport and store. Once packed, its dimensions are 24 x 17 cm and it has a weight of just 460 g, ensuring it's easy to carry without adding extra bulk to your gear.
