Resilient mummy-style sleeping bag designed for optimal comfort and movement during sleep. Constructed from premium nylon, featuring a robust outer layer and filled with duck down and feathers.
Temperature ratings and usage conditions
Sleeping bag Nordkapp temperature ratings in accordance with EN 13537:
- T-comfort: -5 C – the lowest temperature at which a woman can sleep comfortably throughout the night,
- T-limit: -11 C – the minimum temperature at which a man can sleep without discomfort,
- T-extreme: -25 C – the minimum temperature for survival within the sleeping bag. Not recommended for routine use.
20D nylon with Water Repellent coating
The inner and outer layers are crafted from lightweight 20D nylon with a WR coating (Water Repellent), providing hydrophobic properties. The treatment reduces moisture absorption. Inside, there's a pocket for small accessories and loops to attach an insulating liner.
Duck down filling, H-shaped baffle construction
Polish duck down 91/9 offers thermal insulation and ventilation. With a fill power of 700 cuin, it provides high compression, enabling the bag to be packed compactly. The H-shaped construction ensures the down remains in place. Featuring a shark-fin shaped footbox, it is anatomically designed to match the natural foot position for reduced pressure and enhanced thermal comfort. The bag's bottom is stitched at a 70 C angle.
Left-side zipper, Anti-Bite system
The left side features a two-way zipper that permits opening from both the top and bottom, enhancing the convenience of the sleeping bag. A fluorescent puller facilitates use in low-light conditions. To prevent the fabric from catching, the Anti-Bite system is in place. A thermal flap guards the zipper from the inside.
Integrated hood, DUO drawcord, thermal collar
The 3D hood enhances head protection and minimizes heat loss. Its design offers excellent defense against wind and moisture. The DUO drawcord integrates both elastic and tape—elastic at the neck permits extending the hand without readjustment, while the back tape allows quick fitting. The internal thermal collar, consisting of a down-filled tube with a drawcord, keeps out cold air and enhances thermal comfort.
Convenient transport and storage
Simple to carry and store. When folded, the sleeping bag's dimensions are 38 x 20 cm and it weighs 1045 g, allowing for effortless transport without significantly increasing your load.
