ESS Crossbow Suppressor 2X Tactical Glasses + Black Frame Clear/Smoke Grey/Laser LPL-B - set
Set of tactical glasses with 2 Suppressor frames and 3 visors made of durable polycarbonate, designed for professional use and eye protection in harsh conditions. The design ensures high mechanical resistance and compatibility with other equipment.
Polycarbonate visors - protection and durability
The visors are made of polycarbonate with a thickness of 2.4 mm, which provides high resistance to impact and mechanical damage. ESS Optics standard ensures full UVA and UVB protection, safeguarding vision during work in intense sunlight.
The set includes 3 types of visors tailored to different applications:
- Smoke Gray and Clear - light transmittance of 15% and 90%, respectively, adapted to intense light and work in low visibility conditions
- LPL-B visor - protection against IR laser radiation in the 820–1090 nm range (OD 4.0) and 1064 nm (OD 5.0) with visible light transmittance of 57%
ClearZone and FlowCoat coatings
The outer layer of visors is scratch-resistant (ClearZone), while the inner layer (FlowCoat) minimizes fogging. These technologies enhance durability and maintain good visibility under intensive use.
Ergonomic frames
The frames are equipped with temples featuring Z-Bend technology, which eliminates pressure and works well with hearing protectors. The design increases comfort during prolonged wear.
DedBolt snap system allows for quick and easy visor replacement without tools. Cross-Series compatibility allows for seamless exchange of components within this product line.
Standards and certification - confirmed protection
The product meets several standards confirming its protection level:
- ANSI Z87.1 - 2015 (U.S. civilian standard)
- MIL-PRF-32432A (U.S. military standard)
- CE - EN 166:2001, EN 170, EN 172

The use of ClearZone FlowCoat technology protects the outside of the visor from scratching and the inside from fogging.
Frames made with Z-Bend technology are flexible to accommodate hearing protectors. They provide comfort and stability for use in conditions requiring the use of both accessories.
DedBolt snap-in system allows for easy and very quick replacement of the visor - it is mounted by means of contoured notches on its edges and a hole in the center of the glasses.
ESS Optics is a standard used in visors that prevents image distortion and provides 100% UVA and UVB protection.
EN166 is a European standard for optical requirements and mechanical protection for glasses and goggles. Optical requirements include light transmission and diffusion, refractive properties, heat and UV resistance, corrosion and ignition. Mechanical protection is the resistance to object impact, within which there are 4 levels designated by the letters S, F, B and A, where S is the least protection and A is the highest.
MIL-PRF-32432 is an American military standard for glasses and goggles, including corrective glasses. According to this standard, a set of glasses should include spare lenses, a case, an instruction manual, a cleaning cloth and a strap, depending on the type of set. Goggles must also have a protective case in the set. Glasses and goggles must be compatible with a corrective insert. The standard specifies the goggles' ability to withstand impact from a .15-inch (3.8 mm) steel bullet weighing 0.376 grams at 200 m/s. In the case of goggles, the impact resistance of a .22-caliber bullet fired at a velocity of approximately 170 m/s.
Z87.1 standard developed by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) for the durability of eye protectors. The standard includes two types of tests (3 tests) for the impact resistance of the lens and the stability of its seating in the frame: resistance to High Mass and High Velocity objects.
