Thermos with a capacity of 750 ml crafted from premium BPA-free stainless steel intended for food transport. This model features superb thermal insulation suitable for both hot and cold contents, and offers high resistance to mechanical damage. A matte non-slip coating ensures a secure grip even with thick gloves.
The wide opening greatly simplifies filling and cleaning the vessel.
To maximize the benefits offered by this food thermos, Esbit recommends "formatting" the thermos before use. For transporting hot contents, fill the thermos with hot water for approximately 4 minutes before placing the food, then pour out the water. A similar approach should be taken for cold items by filling the thermos with very cold water beforehand. This helps maintain the desired temperature for longer durations.
A standout feature is the incorporation of a safety valve button in the cap design - pressing this button before unscrewing the cap releases excess pressure, which can build up during the storage of hot food/liquids, significantly reducing the risk of the cap "shooting" off or hot steam causing splashes.
The contents (water, 98ºC) retained a temperature of:
* 6 hours - 70ºC
* 12 hours - 60ºC
* 24 hours - 40ºC
The test was conducted at 20ºC (+/- 2ºC).

I have some reservations – before use I heat it with boiling water, put in a warm meal, but after 4 hours it is already cold. Next time I will choose 0.5 capacity, because this model is a bit too tall. The lid and the bottom bend slightly at the edges, so a more rounded shape would be better.
