The Plate Carrier tactical vest is constructed from a combination of two materials: damage-resistant 500D Cordura and NyCo fabric, which is a blend of breathable cotton and sturdy nylon. The design consists of two panels, linked by a lightweight and flexible cummerbund belt.
The front panel includes 3 integrated pouches with flaps designed to accommodate two M4/M16 (STANAG) type magazines. Their size also permits storage of AK-type magazines. The vest features pockets for ballistic cartridges on the front, back, and sides. A large front Velcro patch allows for attaching various patches or emblems.
Numerous straps of the MOLLE system enable the attachment of additional pouches, pockets, or accessories, allowing for customization of the vest according to personal preference. Velcro panels on the interior facilitate the addition of shock-absorbing inserts. This model includes internal pockets on the belt and an extra flat pocket on the front.
The cummerbund belt is secured with heavy-duty QD buckles, and features an adjustable circumference, ensuring a well-fitting vest tailored to the user's body.
