Well made, as expected from doubletap. It looks aesthetically pleasing. Unfortunately, I had to return it because my tourniquet didn't fit inside (or if it did, it was very tight, making it hard to remove).

A solid pouch from a proven manufacturer. The tourniquet stays in place securely, with no risk of it falling out. The pouch attaches steadily to the belt, making it easy to remove the tourniquet. The price-to-quality ratio is very good. I recommend it.
