High-durability 500D Cordura, precision fit adjustment
Cover made from 500D Cordura, which is resistant to heavy use and mechanical damage. Flexible inserts and a shockcord with stopper make it possible to shape the cover precisely to fit the helmet, ensuring a stable, snug fit during wear.
Velcro panels and MOLLE/PALS system
The cover is equipped with a top and two side Velcro panels with MOLLE/PALS cutouts, allowing you to attach identification patches and accessories such as clip-on flashlights. The top panel has a centrally placed loop for extra securing of night vision goggles (NVG) with a lanyard. On the back, there is a Velcro panel with two rows of MOLLE/PALS webbing designed for mounting a battery pack or NVG counterweight.

The velcro panel is an area with sewn-on Velcro tape that allows easy attachment of various additional items, such as patches or pockets.
Cordura is a material woven from durable nylon fibers, developed by DuPont. The structure of the material provides lightness and abrasion resistance, as well as weather resistance. Due to its properties, Cordura is widely used in tactical equipment.
PALS (Pouch Attachment Ladder System) is a modular mounting system for pockets and pouches, used in the MOLLE system. It consists of horizontally sewn rows of 1 inch (25.4 mm) wide, fixed spacing webbing (such as on a backpack) and vertical webbing for attachment and threading (on a pocket). This system is usually equipped with snaps, which further secures the pinned items.
LCS (Laser Cut System) is a new version of the assembly used in the MOLLE system, where instead of traditional tapes, laser-cut holes are used directly in the material. The system is much lighter than standard sewn-on PALS tapes and guarantees better camouflage. The holes are hemmed with thread to prevent fuzzing and ripping, or, as in the case of Cordura, the laser-cut edges are fused.
