The vest has been fitted with extra pockets and I've been using it since January. It is incredibly comfortable, and thanks to the straps, it is easy to attach the necessary equipment. A big plus is that the insert from the police vest in size L fits in the S/M size. It's a pity there are no ROCK buckles at the waist, which makes lifting the flap with pockets a bit cumbersome, but I bought the buckles and a good tailor made improvements, so now it's great. On the back, the Velcro was sewn on the entire length and is wider, just like on the front. The tailor also added a zipper with Velcro to the front pocket. On cooler and windy days, the vest provides extra protection :) It's a bit warmer in it now, but that doesn't bother me. Overall, I recommend the vest for its comfort and functionality.

A lightweight yet strong tactical vest, the Condor Exo Plate Carrier Gen 2 is crafted from resilient and durable 1000D polyester. Its design ensures movement isn't hindered, and its modularity allows for personalization to suit specific requirements.
Comprising two panels (front and back), adjustable shoulder straps, and a wide waist belt (cummerbund) connected by a single strap, the vest features a handle situated at the nape of the neck. This handle can be pulled in emergencies to unfold the vest.
The vest accommodates BALCS/SPEAR ballistic inserts (M or L), with maximum dimensions of 10 x 12.5 inches for size S/M and 11 x 14 inches for size L/XL, along with comparable inserts up to 270 x 370 mm. Inserts fit into two bottom-opening pockets secured by velcro.
The waist belt (cummerbund) includes two side pockets designed for soft ballistic inserts, with maximum dimensions of 6 x 10 inches for size S/M and 6 x 12 inches for size L/XL.
MOLLE/PALS-compliant mounting straps are sewn across the vest, allowing for expansion with additional accessories.
A durable rescue handle is fitted at the neck. A velcro-closed map pocket with options for an additional magazine pocket is located on the front. Grommets on the suspenders and panels accommodate tubes from hydration systems and communication kit cables.
Sewn-in velcro panels provide the ability to attach various patches or emblems, such as national flags, unit emblems, or Morale Patches, allowing for personalization.

The tactical vest is made of high quality material, the price is favorable, and it allows for the installation of Lubawa inserts. It has solid, durable Velcro. You can attach various equipment according to your own preferences. I rate it 10/10.

The vest is very comfortable and meets my expectations exactly.

The vest is well made, after almost a year of use there are no signs of wear, and it is suitable for both soft and hard inserts. The kangaroo-type front pocket is spacious; I added a zipper from another vest because I couldn't find the original one. The Molle system allows for a lot of personalization. The only downside is that it gets really warm in the summer—vests only for hard inserts are a bit more ventilated. But in winter and autumn, it performs great. I still recommend it.
