Alta knee pads are ergonomic and fit perfectly. Thanks to the adjustments, they can be tailored to anyone. They are extremely comfortable and don't slide down even during intense movement. Putting them on and taking them off is very easy. I recommend them!

They are solid, hold well, and if someone doesn't like the available color, they can easily be spray-painted. However, it's better to wear them down during outdoor use than to forcefully paint them.

They fit the knees well and offer solid protection, and the straps don't cause discomfort on the legs. However, they are quite large and it may be difficult to fit them well on slim legs so they don't slip off.

I wholeheartedly recommend them! They're comfortable and don't slide off the knees. The shells are quite wide, so they might seem large on slender legs. They're easy to adjust and simple to put on and take off.

I would like to say that this is a fantastic product, but it does have its flaw – the protectors constantly slip during use and after a few energetic squats you have to adjust them (I tried adjusting the straps in different ways). I still haven't found external protectors that don't have this issue (this is the third type I've used). I use them for airsoft and household work. Other than that, they are sturdy, durable, comfortable, and easy to put on and adjust.
