Wisport Sparrow II 20 l Backpack - Coyote
The latest version of the widely favored Sparrow backpack – a compact 20-liter model engineered for survival and military applications, crafted from 500D Cordura in Coyote. Based on the urban Raven design, it has been modified for rigorous field use.
Durable Cordura construction
Constructed from durable 500D Cordura, which is a material known for its high resistance to abrasion and mechanical damage, guaranteeing long-lasting durability in challenging environments.
2 compartments, 5 pockets, hydration system
Outfitted with two roomy compartments. The primary compartment (17 l) features four D-rings attached to the back panel for securing accessories. The secondary compartment includes an expanded organizer for arranging small items. Inside the main compartment, there are mesh pockets with zippered closures. The lid houses a flat pocket the size of the main compartment and about 4 cm deep, ideal for holding documents, maps, or a small laptop. On the outer side of the lid, a small pocket provides quick access.
A hydration bladder hook is inside, alongside a hose opening and two mounting points (one on each shoulder strap) for a secure attachment of the system.
Main closure and protective flaps
A two-way zipper extends along three sides of the lid, allowing the backpack to open widely for easy access to both sections. All zippers are durable and wear-resistant, featuring textile pullers for gloved use. Additional protective flaps cover the zippers to protect them from dirt and moisture.
Carrying system, compression straps, transport handle
The ACS – Air Comfort System guarantees frame and back ventilation, improving the ease of carrying. Contoured shoulder straps with a quick-release feature and an adjustable chest strap ensure an accurate fit. The inner surface of the straps is crafted from dense, snag-resistant material.
On each side of the backpack, there are two adjustable straps equipped with fastex 30 mm buckles, utilized for compression or to attach gear externally—such as a tarp, mat, jacket, or camouflage net. A wide and elongated transport handle is positioned at the top for easy hand carrying.
MOLLE / PALS
The front, sides, and bottom feature MOLLE/PALS webbing for attaching extra gear or for rapid access to urgent need equipment.
Velcro panel
Located on the front, a velcro panel allows for personalizing the backpack with patches, flags, or morale patches.
Manufacturer's warranty

Very good backpack in every way, although for me the downside is the weight—the solid cordura does weigh something, so for everyday work I feel the weight a bit, especially at the end of the day. Other than that, it is very well made.

I bought the backpack in July 2021 and have been using it almost daily. It is very solid. After washing, the molle straps got a bit damaged, so I've since washed it in a protective cover. I also noticed that the price has gone up a lot – four years ago, I paid 299 PLN for it.

This is basically a smaller version of the Sparrow 30, practically identical :) Thanks to this, it's very comfortable for daily use, because 30 liters is a lot, and if it's not fully packed, it can be a bit floppy. I can wholeheartedly recommend it as a backpack for everyday use.

Durable, well-designed backpack. Works great for everyday use as well as for outdoor trips. Very tough material, resistant to damage and moisture, gives you confidence in reliability. 20 liters of capacity and a well-thought-out pocket layout allow for convenient organization, and the MOLLE system makes expanding it easy. The backpack is comfortable even with extended wear—shaped straps and a reinforced back increase comfort. Ideal for people looking for durability and functionality without unnecessary extras. Wisport, as always, did not disappoint—I recommend it.

A versatile backpack, great for both one-day trips out of town and for daily use at work. Sparrow 20 replaces my Sparrow 30 when I need something smaller. You can also expand it with special side pockets or other accessories in the molle system.

I already have the Sparrow 30 model, but I needed something smaller for work and the Sparrow 20 works great. It has comfortable straps, fits drinks, food, daily accessories, and a small speaker with headphones. It’s definitely worth tying up the dangling cords with rubber bands, four are already on the backpack, but an extra set is very handy and keeps things from tangling.
