Wisport Sparrow II 20 l Backpack - MultiCam
The latest version of the renowned Sparrow backpack is a compact 20-liter model crafted for survival and military purposes, utilizing 500D Cordura in MultiCam camouflage. Its design is inspired by the urban Raven model and has been tailored for rigorous field applications.
Durable Cordura construction
Crafted from rugged 500D Cordura, this material offers exceptional resistance to abrasion and mechanical damage, guaranteeing prolonged durability even in extreme conditions.
2 compartments, 5 pockets, hydration system
Outfitted with two roomy compartments. In the primary compartment (17 l), four D-rings are stitched to the back panel for attaching accessories. The secondary section offers an enhanced organizer for managing small items. Within the main compartment are mesh pockets with zip closures. The lid includes a flat pocket matching the size of the main compartment and about 4 cm deep – perfect for documents, maps, or a smaller laptop. On the exterior of the lid, a small quick-access pocket is available.
Inside, there's a hydration bladder hook, a hose port, and two mounting points (one on each shoulder strap) for secure system attachment.
Main closure and protective flaps
A two-way zipper along three sides of the lid enables a wide opening of the backpack for effortless access to both sections. All zippers are durable and wear-resistant, featuring textile pullers suitable for use with gloves. Additional protective flaps guard the zippers against dirt and moisture.
Carrying system, compression straps, transport handle
The ACS – Air Comfort System promotes structure and back ventilation, improving carrying ease. Shaped shoulder straps with quick-release function along with an adjustable chest strap provide a customized fit. The inner side of the straps is constructed from dense, snag-resistant fabric.
Each side of the backpack is equipped with two adjustable straps featuring fastex 30 mm buckles, useful for compression or securing equipment externally – such as a tarp, mat, jacket, or camouflage net. A wide and long transport handle is positioned at the top of the pack for convenient hand carrying.
MOLLE / PALS
The front, sides, and base feature MOLLE/PALS webbing to attach extra gear or quickly access essential equipment.
Velcro panel
A Velcro panel located on the front allows for the customization of the backpack with patches, flags, or morale patches.

Camouflage MultiCam
MultiCam is a state-of-the-art camouflage pattern developed in 2002 by US company Crye Precision in cooperation with the United States Army Soldier Systems Center (Natick Labs) as part of the Objective Force Warrior program. Its goal was to create a versatile camouflage pattern that is effective in varied terrain and changing environmental conditions. The MultiCam pattern consists of seven colors, creating gradient transitions between shades of green, brown and beige. As a result, it dynamically adapts to the background, adopting shades of green in forested areas or browns and beiges in desert regions - in Central and Eastern European environments, it works particularly well in autumn and among dry vegetation. MultiCam has gained worldwide recognition and is used by numerous armed forces and special units. In 2010, the camouflage was officially adopted by the US Army as the camouflage pattern for soldiers stationed in Afghanistan, replacing the earlier Universal Camouflage Pattern (UCP). The pattern is also available to civilian users, making it a popular choice among military or airsoft enthusiasts.

Very good backpack in every way, although for me the downside is the weight—the solid cordura does weigh something, so for everyday work I feel the weight a bit, especially at the end of the day. Other than that, it is very well made.

I bought the backpack in July 2021 and have been using it almost daily. It is very solid. After washing, the molle straps got a bit damaged, so I've since washed it in a protective cover. I also noticed that the price has gone up a lot – four years ago, I paid 299 PLN for it.

This is basically a smaller version of the Sparrow 30, practically identical :) Thanks to this, it's very comfortable for daily use, because 30 liters is a lot, and if it's not fully packed, it can be a bit floppy. I can wholeheartedly recommend it as a backpack for everyday use.

Very tough material, resistant to damage and moisture, gives you confidence in reliability. 20 liters of capacity and a well-thought-out pocket layout allow for convenient organization, and the MOLLE system makes expanding it easy. The backpack is comfortable even with extended wear—shaped straps and a reinforced back increase comfort. Ideal for people looking for durability and functionality without unnecessary extras. Wisport, as always, did not disappoint—I recommend it.

A versatile backpack, great for both one-day trips out of town and for daily use at work. Sparrow 20 replaces my Sparrow 30 when I need something smaller. You can also expand it with special side pockets or other accessories in the molle system.

I already have the Sparrow 30 model, but I needed something smaller for work and the Sparrow 20 works great. It has comfortable straps, fits drinks, food, daily accessories, and a small speaker with headphones. It’s definitely worth tying up the dangling cords with rubber bands, four are already on the backpack, but an extra set is very handy and keeps things from tangling.
