The Cordura fabric is characterized by its exceptional durability. Its unique fiber structure offers excellent protection against mechanical damage, even under heavy use.
Cotton contributes to superior moisture absorption, providing breathability and minimizing the risk of chafing or skin irritation, thereby greatly enhancing hat comfort.
Thicker threads in the Rip-Stop weave form an additional mesh that reinforces the fabric and ensures damage remains contained, preventing it from extending over a larger area.
Adjustable brim and circumference, air cushion, mesh holes
The circumference of the hat can be adjusted through an elastic cord with a stopper. The brim is equipped with an integrated wire for a perfect fit to the contours of the head.
For enhanced comfort, the design incorporates an internal air cushion, adding extra thermal insulation to aid in maintaining optimal body temperature. Despite providing added protection, the cushion remains light and does not impact the hat's overall weight.

NyCo Extreme is a Rip-Stop reinforced nylon/cotton weave fabric designed for heavy use. It has three times better tear resistance, ten times better breathability and 35% faster drying time compared to NyCo's Mil-Spec specification fabric, while being 17% lighter.
