Lesovik Smuk hammock string

The "Smuk" chord is a rope that connects the ends of the hammock. It facilitates its hanging, allowing you to adjust the degree of tension for optimal lying comfort.

The essence of comfortable rest and sleeping in a hammock is a properly loose hanging. This makes it possible to sleep the Brazilian way (diagonally). Thanks to the chord, the appropriate level of slack only needs to be set once. The hammock will be kept in the same shape every time it is hung up. So it will be as comfortable regardless of the degree of tension and the angle at which the suspension cables are inclined.

The chord is made of impregnated Dyneema cord with very low weight and high strength at the same time (660 daN). A bead strung on the chord protects against excessive shortening and damage to the string.

The "Smuk" chord fits any Lesovik hammock. Assembly and adjustment takes just a few minutes. To make the task easier, the kit comes with illustrated instructions.

When camping, the chord will be great for drying clothes, hanging a flashlight or handy equipment.
