Heritage series bread knife with serrated blade of full tang construction.
The satin-finished blade is made of X50CrMoV15 stainless steel and hardened to 58 HRC. The serrated edge and length of more than 20 cm allow comfortable slicing of bread.
The handle facings, made of walnut wood, have been set with three rivets. The knife's contoured handle allows for a secure grip, even if the hand is wet or dirty.
