SFU, or Special Force Uniform, pants are characterized by a loose fit and have many tactical features. These are military styled pants designed for use in adverse conditions, made of high quality materials. They provide high durability allowing use in harsh conditions, and thanks to the loose cut of the legs they give the user a very high freedom of movement and breathability. We can adjust the circumference of the legs using the straps at the bottom of the legs - tying them tightly at the ankle, or lifting and exposing the calf in hotter climates for better ventilation.
The SFU pants have as many as 9 pockets arranged in a very thoughtful way. Two open pockets at the top, in which we can fit a phone or keys, and by their edge we can hook a folder or a small flashlight on a clip. On the back of the pants we have two large buttoned pockets, which will protect the items placed there from falling out and being lost. A large wallet and a few other small items will also fit there peacefully. Going lower we have two flat and narrow pockets located on the front of the thighs. These pockets can serve us as cargo holds or as storage for narrower items, such as the aforementioned pocket knife or flashlight or a smaller model of phone. Going a little lower and more towards the side of the thigh we find two huge Velcro-fastened (the Helikon brand model has an additional button) cargo pockets, where we can find additional organizational tapes (also available only in Helikon SFU NEXT pants). Here we can really fit a lot, including a notebook, a small first aid kit, sandwiches for a trip. Straps in the cargo pockets will help us easily arrange the items we put there, and can also serve as cargo holds. Lower on the calf we will find another pocket and it is the only pocket in these pants that is asymmetrical, that is, we have only one on the right calf. We can fit a small survival can, a personal bandage or small tools like a multitool with a set of accessories in this pocket.
An important feature of the SFU pants is that they have additional reinforcements in the form of an extra layer of material in vulnerable areas, that is, in the crotch and on the knees. In the model offered by Helikon in the place of knee reinforcement we have additional pockets for protective knee pads. The SFU pants also have an adjustable waistband, so we don't have to wear a belt with them. These are pants designed for military enthusiasts, but they will work equally well for forest hiking, bushcraft or urban exploring. They come in many colors and patterns, from classic black through more military colors such as olive or koyote, to camouflages such as Polish woodland wz.93 or camogrom, popularly known as moro. In the offer of MILITARY.EU store we have even more models of pants and other types of clothing and more. We invite you to familiarize yourself with the entire offer of the store.
