After about a week and a half of use during my reduction phase, I noticed increased blood pressure and stimulation. The supplement makes it so that even though my energy expenditure is reduced (for example, due to lower body temperature), after taking the pill, I feel a rush of warmth again. I'm using half the recommended dose.

Even the best supplement won't help much without exercise, but the product does have some effect – I noticed a smaller feeling of hunger. I can confidently recommend both the store and the tablets.
