**Daily portion of the product

A single serving of the preparation – 2 capsules should be taken with 300 ml of water. It is recommended to take 2 servings a day, preferably 30 minutes before a meal or physical activity. Note! Avoid use before bedtime! Do not combine with caffeine from other sources.

Exceeding the recommended daily portion is not advisable. The product cannot replace a varied diet. The supplement is not intended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women. People with cardiovascular diseases or sensitivity to caffeine should not use this supplement. Do not combine with alcohol.
