Double-sided ceramic sharpening stone featuring grits of 2000 and 5000. The abrasive surface is 18 cm by 6 cm.
- Grit 2000 is intended for the final honing and polishing stages.
- Grit 5000 is meant for precise surface finishing.
Included is a base that prevents slipping during use.
Usage instructions: Prior to use, soak the stone in water or apply a specialized sharpening oil. Lay the stone on a flat surface. To sharpen a knife, move it back and forth across the stone, beginning from one side to the other, using light pressure. Maintain the proper sharpening angle (15°-30°) for optimal results.
