M05 camouflage
The M05 camouflage (Finnish M05 Maastokuvio) is a family of pixelated camouflage patterns introduced into the Finnish Defence Forces in 2005 as a successor to the M91 pattern. It was developed based on digital analysis of photographs of Finnish forests taken in different seasons by the Finnish Forest Research Institute. The M05 family includes several variants, such as woodland, snow, and cold weather.
The main woodland version of M05 consists of patches in light green, dark green, brown, and dark graphite, effectively replicating the structure of Finnish forests. Due to similar vegetation and terrain conditions, the M05 Woodland camouflage also performs well in the forests of Central and Eastern Europe, providing effective concealment in natural surroundings.

The sleeping bag is very well sewn, lightweight, doesn’t take up as much space as I feared, and retains heat very well. Highly recommend, especially at this price.

The sleeping bag is of very good quality, well made, soft and pleasant inside, providing comfort and warmth. When you close the zippers and tighten the drawstrings, it can be a bit tight inside, but that doesn't affect my positive opinion – it's just an observation. It works great in a hammock. The colors actually look better than in the photos. The only issue is the packed size – the sleeping bag is so large that not every backpack will fit it, and even in bigger ones it will take up quite a bit of space. It's worth keeping this in mind when buying. A plus are the straps sewn into the cover, which make it easy to attach the sleeping bag to a backpack. The cover could be a little bigger – that would make packing after use easier.

This is an excellent sleeping bag, made with great care, and the insulation doesn’t shift thanks to thoughtful stitching. With proper preparation, you can confidently follow the stated temperature ranges. The camouflage pattern also looks great. At this price, the sleeping bag is just excellent – it’s really worth buying. The Militaria service, as always, is at a high level.
