M-Tac IFAK Elite Large Medical Pouch - MultiCam
MultiCam pouch designed for storing and carrying an Individual First Aid Kit IFAK (Individual First Aid Kit), made from durable and damage-resistant waterproofed 500D Cordura. Equipped with a waterproof AquaGuard two-way zipper by YKK.
Inside, there is an organizer and a MOLLE/PALS mounting system.
The internal organizer, which can be removed from the base using MIL-SPEC straps, allows quick access to the contents. Elastic straps allow for proper arrangement of the contents. The pouch can be attached to a tactical belt, vest, backpack, or other accouterments due to its compatibility with the MOLLE/PALS mounting system.
Velcro panel
Thanks to the velcro panel, various emblems can be attached, such as national flags, unit insignias, or so-called Morale Patches. The cut-out medical cross design features a removable element allowing for color change to red or black.

MultiCam camouflage
MultiCam is a state-of-the-art camouflage pattern developed in 2002 by US company Crye Precision in cooperation with the United States Army Soldier Systems Center (Natick Labs) as part of the Objective Force Warrior program. Its goal was to create a versatile camouflage pattern that is effective in varied terrain and changing environmental conditions. The MultiCam pattern consists of seven colors, creating gradient transitions between shades of green, brown and beige. As a result, it dynamically adapts to the background, adopting shades of green in forested areas or browns and beiges in desert regions - in Central and Eastern European environments, it works particularly well in autumn and among dry vegetation. MultiCam has gained worldwide recognition and is used by numerous armed forces and special units. In 2010, the camouflage was officially adopted by the US Army as the camouflage pattern for soldiers stationed in Afghanistan, replacing the earlier Universal Camouflage Pattern (UCP). The pattern is also available to civilian users, making it a popular choice among military or airsoft enthusiasts.

Very good product, solidly made and at an affordable price. I managed to fit in it a tactical compressed gauze for IFAK, Olaes Modular 4 bandage, Black Front Pro rescue scissors, BLACK FRONT Chest Seal Vented bandage, Celox RAPID bandage with chitosan, NRC thermal blanket, set of waterproof plasters (24 pieces), personal type W dressing, three vials of saline, disinfecting wipes, and a few other small items. I definitely recommend it.

Great and spacious medical pouch. I store all the necessary items in it in case of an emergency at the shooting range. An additional advantage is the ability to quickly tear it off, which shortens access time and can be very important.
