The craftsmanship, as usual with Helikon, is of a high standard. Unfortunately, despite several attempts to organize it, the pocket was not able to hold the CAT gen7 tourniquet. The product did not fulfill its main role, but as a pouch for gas or a multitool, it will be suitable. Due to not meeting my expectations, I was forced to return the product.
The pouch is crafted for easy transport of a tactical stasis - CAT type hemostatic tourniquet or items with similar dimensions. Constructed from sturdy and damage-resistant Cordura.
A Velcro flap with a handle made of non-slip material offers quick access to the contents, enabling fast opening. An elastic welt securely holds the load in place. Two loops are stitched on the side for carrying a small marker used to mark the stasis once applied.
Compatible with the MOLLE/PALS system, the pouch can also be attached to a belt up to 45 mm wide both horizontally and vertically.

Camouflage MultiCam
MultiCam is an advanced camouflage pattern designed in 2002 by the US-based company Crye Precision in collaboration with the United States Army Soldier Systems Center (Natick Labs) as part of the Objective Force Warrior program. The aim was to develop a versatile camouflage pattern effective across diverse terrain and varying environmental conditions. The MultiCam pattern features seven colors, creating smooth transitions between green, brown, and beige tones. Consequently, it dynamically integrates with the background, adopting green hues in forested areas and browns and beiges in desert settings. It performs exceptionally well in autumn and among dry vegetation common in Central and Eastern Europe. MultiCam has achieved global recognition and is employed by numerous armed forces and special units. In 2010, the US Army officially adopted this camouflage as the pattern for soldiers in Afghanistan, replacing the previous Universal Camouflage Pattern (UCP). The pattern is also accessible to civilian users, making it a favored choice among military and airsoft enthusiasts.

The pouch is too short to properly fit and secure the tourniquet. I compressed the tourniquet more than usual, but it still didn’t solve the problem. I tried with a CAT and BlackFront. As a pouch for pepper spray, it works well.
-
The pouch is fine, but I have a minor note: it was designed for the SOF tourniquet. The CAT tourniquet is too long, so unless you bend it, the Velcro isn't enough to close it.
-
The pouch is solidly made from durable material, the tourniquet fits in it easily and is well secured, and the molle strap is really strong. I recommend this product.
-
The pouch is excellently made from durable material, the tourniquet fits easily, and the case holds it securely. Additionally, the MOLLE strap is robust – I definitely recommend it.
-
The pouch is made of durable material and holds the tourniquet very securely, and thanks to the strong MOLLE strap, it works great. I recommend this product.
-
The pouch is solid and well-sewn; after prolonged use, there are no signs of wear and it performs its function well. The material is durable and does not fray. Absolutely worth the price, I highly recommend it.
-
I recommend this pouch for the CAT tourniquet – it holds well and doesn't cause any problems during use. The workmanship is solid, only the opening handle could be bigger to make it easier to operate with gloves.
-
The whole thing is very solidly made. The only flaw I see is that the Velcro strap for closure is a bit too short – after inserting the tourniquet, it's slightly lacking in length and you have to pull it tight. Despite everything, I really like the pouch.
-
The quality of workmanship is fine. The strap closure is based on Velcro, so the whole thing can be attached to a soft panel. The downside is a slight mismatch of dimensions to the actual size of the tourniquet — it seems a bit too short, so to close the pouch (so the Velcro reaches the closure), you have to fold the tourniquet very precisely, almost not according to the proper method.
-
The pouch is aesthetic and properly made, but unfortunately does not fulfill its main function – after inserting a properly folded CAT 7 tourniquet, about 2 cm are missing to close the cover. In other models, the flap is even 5-6 cm longer. I ultimately use it as a multitool case.
-
The pouch is made very solidly and makes a very good impression. The Cat 7 tourniquet fits without any issues. I can recommend it with full confidence, and an additional advantage is the wide range of colors.
-
This is already my third pouch like this: the workmanship is excellent, it can be mounted both vertically and horizontally, and the camouflage colors look fine. I use two for tourniquets and the third for a knife – everything fits perfectly.
-
The build quality is top-notch, and it can be mounted both vertically and horizontally. The camouflage pattern looks good. However, I have concerns about the size – I'm not sure if a CAT tourniquet will fit, since even the SOFTT-W just barely goes in.
-
The tourniquet fits easily in the pocket. It sticks out about 4 cm above the top edge, making it easy to grab and remove even with thick gloves on. After closing the pocket, the tourniquet remains securely in place. The materials and craftsmanship are very good. I recommend this product.
