The pouch is solidly made, but it has a significant flaw. The CAT gen.7 tourniquet does not fit in length if folded as recommended by the manufacturer. To be able to close the cover, you have to fold the tourniquet differently.

The pouch is crafted to conveniently accommodate a tactical stasis—CAT type hemostatic tourniquet or items with similar dimensions. Constructed from durable and damage-resistant Cordura.
Access is granted through a Velcro flap with a handle fashioned from non-slip material, enabling quick opening of the pouch. An elastic welt securely holds the contents. Two loops are sewn on the side to carry a small marker for marking the stasis once applied.
The pouch is compatible with the MOLLE/PALS system. Additionally, it can be mounted horizontally or vertically on a belt up to 45 mm wide.
