The old-school style of the sweatshirt in a modern edition – a combination of tradition and innovation. There are pockets both on the chest and on the sleeves, and they can be closed with either Velcro or a button according to your preference. No lower pockets. I recommend it!
Helikon Raid Polycotton Stretch Rip-Stop Combat Shirt - ERDL
Combat shirt made of PolyCotton Stretch Rip-Stop (50% polyester, 48% cotton, 2% elastane), a fabric with high abrasion and tear resistance. The Raid model has a raglan construction, which means that the sleeves are sewn directly into the collar, thus eliminating shoulder seams.
8 practical pockets
The button fastening with a concealed flap ensures an aesthetic appearance and protection against snagging. The practicality of the model is enhanced by 8 ergonomic pockets:
- two buttoned chest pockets,
- one hook-and-loop or buttoned pocket on each shoulder,
- two flat, open pockets on the shoulders,
- two inner mesh pockets – one zippered, the other open.
Each pocket has handles in the form of loops, which allow you to attach your equipment and prevent it from getting lost while moving. The elbows have reinforcements made of a double layer of material, which also serve as pockets for foam inserts. The width of the cuffs can be adjusted with Velcro.
Velcro straps
Velcro straps have been sewn above the chest pockets and on the shoulder pockets and flaps, which allows you to attach any emblems, such as a national flag, unit emblem or morale patches. This allows the jacket to be personalized to suit the user's needs.
Raglan design
The raglan design means that the sleeves reach all the way down to the chest, eliminating shoulder seams. This solution, often found in sportswear, ensures maximum freedom of movement and increased flexibility.
Main features
- raglan design
- durable PolyCotton Rip-Stop blend
- 8 practical pockets
- button closure covered with a strip

ERDL camouflage
The ERDL (Engineer Research and Development Laboratory) camouflage was created by an American research facility in 1948. It gained significant popularity during the 1960s, especially in the Vietnam War, primarily among special operations and reconnaissance units. This camouflage pattern laid the foundation for subsequent designs like the Woodland and M81, which are now globally recognized. The green-brown color scheme is effective in dense vegetation, European deciduous forests, underbrush, and mixed woodland areas.

The sweatshirt is great – especially this color makes it look very elegant. The pockets are very spacious, and especially the internal ones are uniquely designed – the right one can hold a map, while the left one, which closes with a zipper, goes all the way to the armpit but is a bit too short for a map. In my opinion, it's another successful product from Helikon.

This sweatshirt is really great! It's comfortable, fits well, and stands out with its unique, historical camouflage. Makes you want to roll up your sleeves and buy some shorts, too. Rhodesians never die! ;)

The sweatshirt is very well made. Typical Helikon quality, but because of the color it heats up quickly and you can really see the dust on it.

The Helikon RAID sweatshirt is a solid and functional product. It has an excellent cut and many practical, well-placed pockets—from classic slanted chest pockets to multi-compartment ones on the sleeves and internal zippered pockets. Another plus is the durable rip-stop material in the Rhodesian Brushstroke camouflage, which works great in Polish forests. It is definitely worth recommending.

The Tiger Stripe patterned sweatshirt is fantastic. Below, I am posting a link to an example set with SFU Next 2 pants and a hat: https://youtu.be/nVrbq3TXdB8?si=vg7ZP-Qf3bidW6Lw

The sweatshirt is well-made, the size matches the chart, and the cut is also good—it fits well. The material is quite thick and warm, so I wouldn't recommend it for hot days. It looks nice, with a classic woodland pattern.

The sweatshirt is well made and durable. The large selection of colors deserves recognition. It has many pockets where you can store all the necessary items. I encourage you to try it out.
