Great first aid kit – it's small, but you can really fit a lot into it. You can pack all the necessary items. The mounting system is very practical, and the quality of workmanship, as is typical for Helikon, is at a high level. I highly recommend it.

For some time, I was looking for a larger first aid kit, because my previous Very pouch was starting to wear out. The Helikon Mini seemed too expensive at its regular price, but I was tempted during a promotion when it cost less than 43 PLN. I initially equipped it as follows: on the left side, I placed 2 pairs of gloves, small scissors, a few adhesive plasters, safety pins, an alcohol-soaked swab, and 2 vials of saline solution (5 ml each); on the right, there is a mouthpiece, 2 bandages (8 cm wide), three compresses (5x5 cm) and one (6x4 cm), and a tampon. An emergency blanket also fits in easily, and there’s still some free space, so maybe I'll add tweezers? For now, I carry the first aid kit in my backpack or bicycle pannier. I haven't mounted it outside yet. The Very pouch stays with me for situations when I don’t take a backpack and have no way to carry the Helikon.

The Helikon Mini Med Kit Red is a great compact first aid kit – it's lightweight, durable, and very functional. Made from strong nylon, it has two internal compartments, a Velcro panel, and a carabiner, which ensures ease of use. It doesn't come with any equipment, but it works perfectly as a base that can be customized to your own needs.

Small, but fits a lot of things. Thanks to practical pockets, it's easy to organize the contents. Works great in a backpack. I always have it with me, because you never know when it might come in handy.

When I unpacked the delivery, I was a bit surprised because the first aid kit seemed very compact. However, after opening it, I found that despite its small size, you can easily fit basic equipment inside.

Small yet very spacious – all the necessary medications for a man nearly forty fit comfortably for business trips: contact lenses, two blister packs of tablets, eye drops, and there's even room left for other (hopefully unnecessary) medicines in case of illness. I definitely recommend this first aid kit!

The Helikon Mini Med Kit – Black was perfect during a mountain trip – it easily fit the necessary dressing supplies and allowed quick treatment of a minor injury. It's sturdy, convenient, compact, and fits perfectly in a backpack.

Small and designed for two MOLLE straps. I bought it with the Vera insert for 40 zł, but it probably won't fit everything without spilling some contents when opening. I managed to pack quite a few things sensibly: plasters, two individual dressings, a holding band, two compresses, a soaked tissue, a dressing scarf, small scissors, and a tick remover. The rest, like the emergency blanket, I keep in the backpack.

The first aid kit is great for attaching to a backpack. It's small and quite roomy, although its size doesn't allow for storing larger items, but that's understandable given its compact nature. The reflective patch on Velcro is a great addition. Overall, I recommend this product.

Small first aid kit that you can attach to your belt. I managed to fit several pairs of nitrile gloves, band-aids, two bandages, wet gauze, and a folding rescue knife. You could still fit a bit more. Perfect for the basics you should always carry.

Great product at a reasonable price. The first aid kit is made from good materials and is well thought out. There are zippered compartments inside. It can easily be attached outside or inside a backpack.

Solidly made and roomy for such a small first aid kit. Thanks to the straps, it can be attached to a vest, belt, or backpack. Access to the inside is very easy. Worth having.

In my opinion, this is the best compact first aid kit I've ever had. Even though it's small, you can pack quite a lot into it. An additional advantage is the option to wear it on a belt or attach it to a backpack via molle system. It’s perfect as mountain backpack equipment.

The Helikon Mini Med Kit - Black is solidly made and very spacious. Well-designed compartments with zippers. Compatible with MOLLE. I carry it attached to my backpack and my belt.
