This rain cape is crafted from waterproof polyamide, ensuring you stay dry even during intense rainfall. Designed for tourists with backpacks.
Features a fully adjustable hood with a visor and a zippered chest pocket, protected by a flap. When flipped inside out, the pocket can act as a storage sack for the cape. An additional space on the back is incorporated as a detachable hump to shield a backpack from rain, which can be tucked away when not needed.
The poncho sides can be secured using 4 Velcro fasteners to create comfortable sleeves. Additionally, there is a short 28 cm zipper at the front covered by a strip.
When folded, the poncho is compact and lighter than a typical rain jacket. It's handy not only for outdoor adventures but also for keeping in a bike pannier or a car for emergencies.

The whole thing is the right size (I am 178 cm tall); a 28l backpack fits in easily and does not take up all the space. The backpack cover can be hidden behind the zipper under the Velcro, so it does not stick out. The Velcro at the legs and sleeves fit everything well, and an additional Velcro on the strap between the legs improves the fit and prevents the material from blowing up.
