High-quality X50CrMoV15 steel
The blade is made of hardened X50CrMoV15 stainless steel, achieving a hardness of HRC 57. This design ensures long-lasting sharpness and wear resistance, making the knife a good choice for intensive kitchen work.
Ergonomic handle
The contoured handle made of durable polypropylene plastic ensures a comfortable grip and full control over the knife. The thickening at the base of the blade acts as a finger rest, protecting the hand from accidental slipping. Thanks to the screwless design, the handle is tightly connected to the blade, making it easy to keep the knife clean.
