Very good, because the frames are made of durable Triloid material and have a shape that fits well to the face and does not interfere when wearing headphones or protective earmuffs.
Wiley X Peak Glasses - Captivate Polarized Copper/Matte Black
Experience ultimate comfort with these protective glasses featuring a contoured design in the Copper/Matte Black color option. The large rectangular frame and elevated profile minimize peripheral light interference, enhancing visual clarity. The lenses offer mechanical resistance to shield eyes from fragments, ricochets, and other dangerous objects, meeting class F standards (protection against 0.86 g objects traveling at 45 m/s).
Wiley X is a respected producer of eye protection gear trusted by the US military, athletes, and outdoor enthusiasts.
frames made from triloid, hvp technology
Durably crafted Triloid nylon frames feature an ergonomic design to provide a comfortable fit without hindering the use of headphones or hearing protection. Even during vigorous activity, glasses remain secure thanks to anti-slip rubber temples and nose pads. Constructed with HVP technology (High Velocity Protection), the glasses offer enhanced safety against high-speed impacts.
Captivate Polarized lenses, T-shell and oleophobic coating
Polarized lenses crafted from Selenite polycarbonate with Captivate technology uniformly filter visible light, maintaining natural colors while enhancing greens. They minimize glare, boost contrast, and amplify color saturation in outdoor settings, providing comprehensive protection against UVA and UVB rays. Furthermore, they feature a T-Shell coating for superior scratch resistance and an oleophobic layer that prevents oily substance adhesion such as smudges, oils, or fingerprints.
protective standards
- Standard EN.166F-- complies with the European standard for safeguarding against medium energy impacts. Per the standard, both frame and visors endure the impact of a steel ball, 6 mm in diameter and weighing 0.86 g, traveling at 162 km/h.
- Standard ANSI Z87.1-- outlines the impact resistance of visors and frames. Evaluations test resistance against impacts with a large mass steel object (High Mass) and a rapidly moving steel ball (High Velocity), verifying resistance to common mechanical threats.

The HEV (High Energy Visible) filter provides protection from harmful blue light emitted by computer screens, smartphones and sunlight. The HEV filter in the glasses increases overall visual comfort and protects eye health.
Selenite visors are made of unbreakable polycarbonate, which provides high visual clarity and UV protection.
Frames made of Triloid nylon provide lightweight and highly comfortable glasses. Triloid features optimal hardness and is highly resistant to impacts and falls.
Captivate lens technology is an advanced filter system used in sunglasses that aims to improve the quality of vision by filtering out harmful light and improving color perception and contrast.
Z87.1 standard developed by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) for the durability of eye protectors. The standard includes two types of tests (3 tests) for the impact resistance of the lens and the stability of its seating in the frame: resistance to High Mass and High Velocity objects.
According to this standard, the frame and visor of the glasses can withstand the impact of a 6.35 mm diameter steel BBs traveling at 45 m/s (164.6 km/h).
EN166B is the European standard for protection against the impact of accelerated objects (Medium Energy Impact). Class S mechanical strength means that, according to the standard, the frame and visors of the glasses have an increased resistance to the impact of a steel BBs with a diameter of 22 mm and a weight of 43 g at an approximate speed of 5.1 m/s.

In terms of image quality and color filtering, these glasses are unbeatable. Unfortunately, the frames didn't suit me completely, so I gave them to a loved one who immediately claimed them. The image is amazing, especially when it comes to shades of green and blue. I tried many other glasses and none can compare to these in this regard. The set includes a sturdy, hard case.
