The stone fulfills its function well. Thanks to the glass base, it is thinner and harder, but it remains soft and you have to be careful not to bend it. For this reason, I give it 4 stars.

Ceramic whetstone with a gradation of 3000, which is used to achieve a perfectly smooth and polished cutting edge. The corundum abrasive surface measuring 21 centimeters by 7 centimeters will ensure convenient sharpening. The tempered glass base prevents the stone from breaking even if a few millimeters of abrasive remain.
The set includes a stand to prevent the whetstone from slipping while working.
Instructions for use: soak the stone in water (just spray) or use sharpener oil. Place the whetstone on a flat surface. To sharpen the knife, slide on the stone (pressing lightly) several times first one, then the other side of the knife. When sharpening the knife, try to maintain the correct angle of the knife (15 degrees-30 degrees).

I added this stone to my set of water stones... Previously, when sharpening very dull or damaged knives, I would start with a 400 grit. To speed up the process, I bought a 240 grit... It works great for quickly establishing and setting the sharpening angle. I definitely recommend it :)

If someone wants to turn a knife into a razor for shaving, this 10000 grit stone will work perfectly... The blade is incredibly sharp, smooth as a mirror, and scratch-free. I definitely recommend it.
