The whetstone is sturdy, easy to use, and effective. The two different grit levels complement each other well, allowing you to achieve great blade sharpness. I am very satisfied – it's perfect for both kitchen knives as well as folding knives or pocket knives.
Dual-sided whetstone featuring diamond plates with 400 and 1000 grit levels. The abrasive area measures 152 x 44 mm. The set comes with a stand to keep the whetstone steady during use.
Includes two grit levels:
- the 400 grit is designed for initial sharpening of dull blades,
- while the 1000 grit is meant for finishing touches for a polished edge.
Immerse the stone in water or apply honing oil. Set the whetstone on a stable surface. To sharpen, slide each side of the knife multiple times across the stone with light pressure. Maintain an angle between 15-30 degrees when sharpening.

The whetstone worked excellently; I've already sharpened many knives with it. It works flawlessly. The base that holds the stone is also very important – thanks to it, the stone does not move during sharpening.
