I use only the metal surface and after some effort, it works fine. It's okay for quick sharpening, but I'm not sure if I'd buy it again; maybe it's worth paying extra for a better sharpener.
-
It definitely does its job, it's cheap, small, and very durable – you really have to try to damage it. It sharpens knives, hatchets, and machetes. What more could you want? I recommend it!

Comfortable to hold in hand, and the handle shape (although not perfect) provides some protection against cutting your fingers. I was attracted by the promotion, but even the regular price is favorable, so I bought a second copy ;)

So far, I have only tested it on a kitchen knife and it performs better than more expensive models from home appliance stores. It's also more convenient than the smaller version from the same brand.

This is a great way to ruin any cutting edge that fits between the carbide elements. This sharpener pulls and tears the blade, damaging it. Moreover, it only sharpens at one angle (probably 19 degrees, too narrow for most EDC knives). I do not recommend it, better spend that money on professional sharpening.

I think this gadget should be in everyone's pocket, no matter if you do survival, bushcraft, fish, or just go for walks.
-
Very nice sharpener. For its size, it is stable and convenient, and it sharpens knives very well. It sharpened all the household knives without issue. I recommend it.
-
Small, lightweight, and handy, perfect for carrying in a backpack.
-
I bought it for standard kitchen knives and it works well. However, you have to be careful not to remove too much material during the first sharpening.

Small pocket sharpener. It's comfortable to use, handy, and compact.
