Sanrenmu Series A Sharpening Stone- 240/800
Double-sided ceramic sharpening stone with 240 and 800 grit. The sharpening surface measures 18 x 6 cm. The 240 grit side is designed for initial sharpening of extremely dull tools, whereas the 800 grit side is ideal for smoothing and refining the cutting edge. Comes with a non-slip base to ensure the stone remains stable during use.
Instructions for use
Prior to use, immerse the stone in water or use sharpening oil. Set the stone on a stable, flat base. During sharpening, glide the knife over the surface with gentle pressure—first on one side of the blade, then the other. It's crucial to maintain a consistent angle of 15° to 30° throughout the process.
