Samura Harakiri Butter Knife

Butter knife made from durable AUS-8 stainless steel, hardened to a hardness of 58 HRC. Thanks to its well-designed profile and dimensions, it ensures comfort during use, and the special grooves on the blade reduce the effect of butter sticking.

AUS-8 stainless steel

The main component is high-quality AUS-8 stainless steel, comparable to 440 steel, known for its high corrosion resistance and good edge retention. The hardening process to 58 HRC has enhanced its durability and resistance to dulling.

Handle made of durable plastic

The ergonomically shaped handle is made from ABS material, ensuring a stable grip, resistant to water and detergents. It does not require special maintenance.
