The kitchen knife with a blade length as long as 251 mm. The Drop-Point profile head is made of stainless steel AUS-8 hardened to 58-59 HRC and finished with the Stonewash technique.
One of the characteristics of the steel used is high chromium content, which provides high anti-corrosion properties. Thanks to this, knife is perfect for kitchen work.
The handle is made of polypropylene and has been given a texture that resembles the texture of a golf ball, thus providing a secure grip, even when the hand is wet or dirty. The whole is finished with a hole that allows you to hang the knife on a kitchen hanger.
