Embroidered Morale Patch showcasing the TS-11 Iskra training aircraft, manufactured by WSK "PLZ Mielec" and crafted by a team led by Tadeusz Soltyk. It represents the first Polish aircraft design utilizing a jet engine.
The emblem features one-sided Velcro, allowing easy attachment to a Velcro panel on uniforms, caps, hip bags, or backpacks.
Morale Patches are worn by soldiers and various other services in addition to their unit-specific patches to "boost morale." These patches serve as an identifying and unifying element within the group and are part of soldier humor.
