Petzl Tikka 2022 Gray Headlamp - 350 lumens
Versatile Tikka 2022 headlamp in Gray, offering a maximum output of 350 lumens and a range of up to 70 meters. Equipped with 3 white light modes and 2 red light modes. Mode switching is done via one button, allowing for quick adjustment of the light beam to suit your current needs. The Lock function prevents the headlamp from turning on accidentally during transport.
Hybrid Concept technology, hybrid power supply
The headlamp uses Hybrid Concept technology, automatically adjusting the power level based on the type of power source. It can run on three 1.5 V AAA batteries (included) or the Petzl Core battery (sold separately). With the battery installed, the headlamp reaches a power of up to 450 lumens.
Flexible headband
The adjustable flexible headband ensures comfortable wearing and a secure fit on your head. The Tikka model is compatible with Petzl mounting accessories.

This is a very practical flashlight, lasts long, and comes with a case. It doesn't heat up, and the rubber elements are durable. The only drawback is the somewhat overly sensitive button—it can turn on by itself in a backpack.

I’ve used it for a few days. Although I ordered a different version (I wanted a Petzl with a green diode), this red one is great for reading maps and I have no trouble reading on an e-book reader with a matte screen. Buying the dedicated USB rechargeable battery is worth it; it lasts longer and shines better.
