A kitchen set composed of three knives and a vegetable peeler. Crafted with blades from Sandvik 12C27 stainless steel, these tools are hardened to 55-57 HRC, ensuring excellent durability against wear and rust. The handles are fashioned from lacquered hornbeam wood noted for its robustness.
The set comprises:
- a smooth-blade knife having a total length of 195 mm,
- a knife featuring a serrated blade with an overall length of 198 mm,
- a knife with a curved blade coupled with a scraper, measuring 168 mm in total length,
- a peeler measuring 155 mm in length.

This is the best set of kitchen knives I have ever come across. Opinel has always been reliable, but this set exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it.

If anyone is wondering what the catch is, I’ll say that it’s sharpening. There’s a burr (shifted material) on the cutting edges, and the very tips are just blunt. However, that’s actually a good thing, because they are easy to sharpen. The manufacturer had to save money somewhere to offer such a price. And that’s better than if they were poorly fitted. I recommend this product, it’s very good!
