This is my first first aid kit. The mounting is stable, it's easy to attach it to gear and quickly remove it when needed. The opening mechanism is efficient and fast. The equipment includes only the most necessary items, but there is plenty of free space for additional gear. I hope it will serve me for a long time and I will never have to use it.

Comprehensively outfitted breakaway first aid kit IFAK (Individual First Aid Kit) crafted from polyurethane-coated polyester. This kit features a quick opening system using Velcro and dual zippers. Accessing the contents requires a rapid pull-down of the webbing handle. The red hue of the handle facilitates quick identification in high-pressure situations. Opening the entire front panel reveals two flexible organizers for storing items such as dressings, antiseptics, or scissors.
A laser-cut panel is situated on the front of the pocket, allowing additional equipment attachment compatible with the MOLLE/PALS system. This panel doubles as a Velcro velcro for attaching emblems, such as a national flag, unit insignia, or Morale Patches. Tapes and hooks at the back align with the MOLLE/PALS system, enabling attachment to a tactical vest, for instance. The pocket is positioned on a wide Velcro strap, facilitating quick removal without unfastening.
Ideal for trips, hikes, camping, or outdoor activities, the first aid kit is also excellent for uniformed service officers.

Great, compact first aid kit to attach to a tactical belt. The equipment is rather basic, and I would treat it as a starting point to customize to your needs. Nevertheless, it's a good base to create a practical range first aid kit. The tear-off allows for quick opening, there are also Velcros – everything you need! I recommend it.

A small first aid kit for minor injuries at a very favorable price. It has all the necessary equipment to provide first aid and dress wounds that are not life-threatening. The kit is well thought-out and solidly made. It should not be used as a trauma kit for serious, life-threatening injuries. I recommend both the product and the store.

The first aid kit is at an attractive price, considering its contents. The build quality is also at a good level, but it is worth remembering that this is a smaller model in terms of size.

I carry it with my backpack every day – it is very comfortable, easy to quickly detach and attach. The workmanship is of a high standard. The first aid kit has a large capacity. On the back, it is equipped with a detachable Molle mounting system, which allows it to be attached to Velcro, a bulletproof vest, a belt, or a backpack. Inside, there are many compartments for the most necessary items and medical supplies. I highly recommend it.

Bought as an addition to the main IFAK, it serves this function well. On its own, it would be too small as an IFAK, but it's excellent for storing dressings.

It is very comfortable to use – easy to remove, open, and access the interior quickly. The material seems solid and durable, not like a product for just a few uses. The mounting straps for the MOLLE system are quite stiff and have something similar to rubber inside. Downsides: for me, there are too few mounting points, but for storing items to stop bleeding, it's just right, and the opening system is very good. If you put in more than two 100 ml bottles, the whole thing becomes bulky. No side handles – for attaching longer items and expanding the sides, you have to use two rubber bands.
