I finally found the pouch I needed. I was looking for a small butt-pack, but other models were either too small, or had too large a gap between the top row of PALS, which made the whole thing swing around and created a space between the pouch and the belt where leaves and needles would collect.

The horizontal pocket made of abrasion-resistant 1000D Cordura and sewn with durable Polyart thread. It has been equipped with the MOLLE system, which allows you to attach to your equipment or carry other small items.
The pocket is fastened with a two-way zipper. It is equipped with a capacious main compartment. A drainage hole has been placed on the bottom. All plastic parts are made of damage-resistant WJ (Woojin Plastic) material.
The pocket is designed to carry small items such as a flashlight, tactical pen, multi-tool, etc. It will also work well as a bag for storing medical supplies.
