Lansky Professional sharpening system

The sharpening system features five stones with varying grit. Gradual use of these stones during sharpening allows for the restoration of the cutting edge and achieving the desired sharpness for work. The stones have a surface of 12 mm x 100 mm.

The set of guides and clamp allows sharpening at four angles: 17, 20, 25, 30 degrees. To facilitate sharpening, the manufacturer has included oil in the set.

• 120 - intended for initial grinding
• 800 - for sharpening serrated blades
• 280 - used for achieving practical sharpness
• 600 - for initial polishing
• 1000 - used in the final sharpening stage

The set consists of sharpening stones, a handle, five guides, oil, and a box.
