A good sharpener for finishing an already sharpened knife. You can't sharpen a dull knife from scratch with it. If bought on sale, it's generally worth getting. It definitely won't sharpen knives with a thick spine. It sharpens thin kitchen knives perfectly, making them even sharper, more precisely.

As always, Lansky is the highest quality, and it sharpens perfectly, exactly as it should. I was especially impressed by the very professional sales service, it works flawlessly, like a precision Swiss watch. You can see that someone put a lot of effort so that everything works so well.

I have a set with short rods and I am glad that long rods with diamond powder were also included in the set. I highly recommend it.
