Good morning, the OTP pants are great – they fit well and adapt to the figure. The material is stretchy, so it doesn’t restrict movement, although it does rustle a bit while walking. The pockets seem to be arranged similarly to the UTP model, which I have been using for a long time. The front, elongated pocket on the thigh is large enough to easily fit a bigger smartphone (older UTPs had trouble with this). The sizing is correct – XXL long fits a person who is 186 cm tall and has a waist of 104 cm. Thank you.
Helikon OTP VersaStretch Pants - Olive Green
Outdoor Tactical Pants - a revised version of the renowned UTP (Urban Tactical Pants) model. Unlike UTP pants, the OTP model is crafted from fabric utilizing 4-Way Elastic technology, noted for its exceptional flexibility in all directions, rapid drying, shape retention, lightweight nature, and breathability. The inclusion of Teflon in the fabric boosts its resistance against stains and dirt. With numerous pockets and their strategic placement, these pants are ideal for urban environments and will perform exceptionally in outdoor adventures.
Above-average freedom of movement and durability
A perfect blend of military and civilian apparel - featuring a discreet design combined with the functionality of combat trousers.
Its groundbreaking design, appropriate seams, and the fabric used in crafting these pants provide exceptional freedom of movement and durability.
10 spacious pockets
The pants feature ten pockets:
- two traditional mesh pockets at the hips with reinforced edges,
- four on the thighs (two wide mesh zippered pockets and two narrow Velcro ones),
- four on the back (two wide mesh pockets and two narrow ones inside the wide ones).
In addition, there are internal knee-level pockets designed for protective inserts.
Easy fit of the pants to the figure
Instead of traditional buttons, these pants feature a wide Velcro closure, providing 6 cm of adjustment. An elastic band is integrated into the waistband to enhance the fit for various body shapes.
Located at the bottom, two front belt loops come with extra loops suitable for attaching a carabiner, among other uses.

The pants are of very good quality and worth their price. They work great both for everyday wear in the city and for outdoor trips. They are well-made, and the materials used provide thermal comfort, dry quickly when wet, and are flexible enough not to constrict around the crotch or knees. I definitely recommend them.

These pants are amazing! They fit perfectly, like a second skin, are very comfortable and surprisingly pleasant to the touch, even though they're made entirely from synthetic fibers. I'm glad they have the same pocket layout as other Helikon models – that's a big plus (a narrow velcro pocket at the front, a larger cargo pocket slightly at the back), although the velcro is a bit stiffer than before, but I hope it will loosen up over time. Overall, I highly recommend them, especially if you can get them on sale.

Great pants! This is already my fourth pair of Helikon OTP: black, Crimson Sky/Black, Shadow Grey, and these current ones. They are much lighter than the older black or Shadow Grey versions. The cut and finish of Crimson Sky/Black and Shadow Grey remain the same compared to the older OTPs, but it seems like they fit the body better—almost like a second skin. I definitely recommend them!

Very good pants. The material is extremely comfortable, allows for complete freedom of movement, nothing restricts you. High-quality material, carefully sewn seams. The pockets are practical. The cut is excellent.

Exceptionally comfortable. The size matches what is given in the table on the website. They do not restrict movement. It is possible to wear an additional insulating layer underneath.

These are really great pants for hiking. The flexibility of the material affects the comfort of wearing them. Very well-placed pockets and a fashionable look.

This has long been my first opinion, but it's really worth writing it. The pants are very comfortable and look great, they're not skinny – these aren't skinny jeans, but real cargo pants, that's exactly how they should look. For me, at a height of 176 cm and weight of 78 kg, size M 33/32 fits perfectly and sits well on the hips. Highly recommend!

These pants are an investment for many years. They are the best I've ever owned. There are absolutely no flaws. It's world-class, just like the store itself.

Great pants. This is already my third pair – I have black, gray Shadow Grey, and these red ones. Unfortunately, the stitching quality of the gray ones leaves much to be desired: the threads break, even though they aren’t heavily used. That’s a big minus! The black ones, however, have been great for years – both in the mountains, at the climbing wall, and for everyday use – they are unbeatable! I hope the new pair will perform just as well, despite some colleagues’ reservations ;)

This is already my third pair. Over the years the material has changed a bit, but I don't consider it a plus or a minus. The pants are very stretchy, comfortable, and look good. They're not suitable for hot weather, but for spring, autumn, and winter they're excellent.

Really nice pants stretching in four directions. Solidly made, they are light and practically unnoticeable while wearing. The large number of useful pockets is an additional advantage.

Helikon OTP VersaStretch pants in Olive Green are a very good choice! They're super comfortable and stretchy, perfect for outdoor activities and everyday use. The durable material and practical shade make them versatile and reliable pants.

The best pants I've had so far. They are light, flexible, and exceptionally comfortable. The pockets are arranged to easily fit all the everyday essentials. Phone pockets fit, for example, S25U and iPhone16pro. The idea of replacing a button with a Velcro in the waistband is original. The double stitching on the pockets means they won't wear out from a watch, gloves, or knife. There are also extra loops for carabiners. As for sizing – the flexible waistband and Velcro allow for a good fit. Suitable for the forest, mountains, shooting range, and work, even as casual office wear. Compared to other BDU-type pants, these are much better. As for rustling – definitely quieter than the M65 ripstop.
