Helikon Low Profile Protective Pad Inserts - Black

These knee pads are an absolute must-have at the shooting range. I can’t imagine participating in a shootout without them. They have protected my knees many times and will certainly make sure I come back without bruises more than once in the future. I highly recommend them!

Helikon protective inserts are a classic among accessories. They easily fit most Helikon pants that have an inner knee pocket. They are lightweight, do not cause discomfort, are not noticeable, and provide adequate comfort during use. Highly recommended.

I purchased protective inserts for Helikon Hybrid Outback DuraCanvas pants designed for trekking. For now, I haven't trimmed or used them yet, but they seem well-made and will probably increase wearing comfort. We'll see over time how long they last. ;)

The pads are mainly used to improve comfort while kneeling, rather than for actual injury protection, although in the event of a fall it's better to have them than not ;) They don't provide ventilation, so your knees sweat on warmer days. Putting them into UTP pants pockets is a bit difficult.

These are my first knee pads, so I'm not an expert. You have to struggle a bit to put them on your knees correctly. Walking with them feels a bit unusual; you can feel their weight, although it's not heavy. However, when kneeling, they're very comfortable and do their job well.

Going from standing to kneeling, even on a hard floor, is practically comfortable. They once protected me from injury at work. They are a bit hard to insert and take a bit of time to arrange well, but totally worth it.

Standard protectors in the form of foam. They are suitable for basic knee protection and fit well in Helikon pants. Unfortunately, they easily absorb water and your knees sweat in hot weather.

The inserts fit perfectly in Helikon UTP pants, and with a bit of trimming – even better. They don't move during work, so there's no need to adjust them before kneeling. The foam is the right thickness, providing comfort but not getting in the way.

The pads are very useful. They come quite large, so you can easily trim them to fit your own pants. For Helikon UTPs, they fit perfectly, and their thickness is a good compromise between functionality and appearance.

The inserts are really great. Thanks to the right thickness, they provide comfort while kneeling, which is important with my injured knee. They also don't stand out, even in just the pants. I recommend them to everyone.

The 6 mm neoprene inserts are a proven choice for the range and climbing. Their main advantage is universal fit for different pants models – they're really comfortable and practical.

If you have Helikon pants that are compatible with these inserts, it's worth considering buying them—your knees will definitely appreciate it. However, keep in mind they are quite thin, so on very uneven ground they might not provide full protection.

Protectors made of 6-millimeter neoprene have a nylon layer on the skin side, which prevents chafing. Once trimmed, they fit many brands of pants and can be used on knees or elbows. Very easy to use.
