Very satisfied with the purchase of this jacket. It is very comfortable, lightweight, and warm. I was a bit confused about choosing the size. The manufacturer uses two scales, American and European. This is not mentioned on the website. The size chart seems to be American. I am 176 cm tall and weigh 86 kg. Size L fit me perfectly (American S). You can also wear a fleece underneath as a second layer.

I bought the Helikon TEX Level 7. I already used it in cold weather at night at -7°C, there were 2 layers, a T-shirt and the Level 7 jacket. It was warm, light, and comfortable. It looks stylish and modern. Very ergonomically designed, 5 stars.

First-class jacket. I normally wear size L / 50/52, I am 183cm tall, weigh 81 kg, slim build, and size L fits perfectly (I have other jackets and pants from Helikon; the sizing is always consistent!). It was a little fiddly to get the jacket into the compression sack, but it worked. You can still wear a pullover or fleece underneath without it feeling tight. The pockets and the hood with internal adjustment are great 😊, and the collar isn’t restrictive, it closes comfortably. It rustles a bit more due to the fabric and waterproofing compared to the British reversible thermal jacket I bought second-hand, but that one isn’t RipStop and is a bit thinner. Conclusion: Once again, an excellent product from HelikonTex. My absolute recommendation, especially for this price here at Militaer.eu!!!

The jacket is really warm and very comfortable, but I'm disappointed with the finishing details. After a short time, the cord with a plastic end at the zipper, which made it easier to fasten, came off. For this price, I expected better quality and durability.

I used this jacket for one season and it keeps you warm while being surprisingly light. Its cut is very practical, which makes it easy to wear different things underneath.

The jacket was bought in June, so it hasn't been tested in winter yet, but even after putting it on for a short time over a T-shirt I felt very warm – I had to take it off quickly. Seems like a great choice, quality and thermal properties are at a high level. Adjustable hood, pockets on both sides and at the back. At 186 cm and 90 kg, I chose size M and I'm happy – it fits nicely, not too loose, and a uniform fits under it without other gear. Only the sleeves could be a bit longer.

This is an ideal jacket. I think the price matches its quality. I wear it every day and there are no signs of wear. Highly recommend.

Excellent jacket – light and at the same time perfectly keeps warmth. All you need to do is wear a thicker fleece underneath and you can survive even very cold nights. At around zero degrees I didn't need an extra layer. Highly recommend.

The price may seem high, but the jacket provides excellent protection against severe cold—once you put it on, you’ll understand why it costs what it does. Outstanding insulation—even at -5°C, I'm already too warm with just a T-shirt underneath. Sizing tip: follow what you wear in other Helikon products. A minor flaw is the fleece trim of the chest pockets—it’s hard to get things out with gloves. Pocket zipper pulls could be better. The styling is fairly simple, but I don’t buy such jackets for show, just for the cold—I highly recommend it.

Because of the price, I hesitated a long time before buying. I first bought the level 2 sweatshirt and liberty fleece – they worked well, so I decided to get the level 7 jacket in the same size. The manufacturer planned the layering system wisely and each layer is appropriately bigger so as not to restrict movement. The jacket itself is excellent: lightweight, warm, loose (also for people with a slight belly), it doesn’t restrict movement, fits well at the neck, and nothing presses. The product is definitely worth its price.

Great jacket, tested during an expedition. It protects very well against the cold, and combined with thermal underwear it performs even better. The large inner pockets easily hold a hat and gloves, still leaving some space. A plus is also the two-way zipper.

The jacket performed excellently during an all-day outdoor stay in about +2/3°C temperatures and strong wind. All I needed was thermal underwear, a T-shirt, and this jacket – I never felt cold.
