Helikon Ambush Backpack 22 l - MultiCam

Lightweight backpack with a capacity of 22 liters, made of durable and abrasion-resistant 500D Cordura. It uses sturdy YKK zippers, as well as a compartment for a hydration cartridge, making it a functional solution in the field.

The capacious main compartment with two-way zippers allows easy access to the gear you carry. The zippers allow the backpack to open wide for easy organization. Inside the compartment there is a compartment for a hydration system and a flat mesh pocket.

Side pockets with flaps closed with fastex buckles, additionally equipped with chimneys with pullers and stoppers, protect the contents from dirt and accidental falling out.

The front top pocket, lined with velour, is ideal for carrying delicate items such as a camera or binoculars. There is velcro on the front panel for Morale Patches or emblems. The lower pocket features key loops, dividers and a flat mesh pocket to keep small gear well organized.

The Beavertail pocket allows additional gear, such as a tactical helmet or jacket, to be safely placed between it and the backpack. The buckles are adjustable and detachable, and the pocket itself is easily stowed in the lower part of the backpack.

On the sides of the backpack were sewn tapes compatible with the MOLLE/PALS system, which allows you to easily attach additional pockets. In addition, on the bottom of the backpack there is an elastic cord with a drawstring, allowing you to attach, for example, a jacket or sleeping bag.

The backpack's carrying system is based on adjustable suspenders with soft padding, which minimize the risk of chafing. Wide, contoured suspenders ensure even distribution of weight on the shoulders. On their entire length there are straps, allowing to attach additional equipment.

For added comfort during long marches, the backpack has a wide hip belt and a height-adjustable chest strap.

MultiCam is an advanced camouflage pattern introduced in 2002 by the American firm Crye Precision in partnership with the United States Army Soldier Systems Center (Natick Labs) as part of the Objective Force Warrior initiative. Its aim was to develop a flexible camouflage pattern effective across diverse terrains and fluctuating environmental settings. The MultiCam design incorporates seven colors, producing gradient transitions between green, brown, and beige hues. This allows it to adapt dynamically to different backgrounds, taking on green shades in forested areas or brown and beige tones in desert regions. In Central and Eastern European settings, it performs exceptionally well during autumn and in dry vegetation. MultiCam has achieved global acclaim and is utilized by various military and special forces. In 2010, the US Army adopted this camouflage for troops deployed in Afghanistan, substituting the prior Universal Camouflage Pattern (UCP). The pattern is also accessible to civilian users, making it a favored option among military and airsoft enthusiasts.
